Participation
The CBW Protection symposium is open for people engaged within the field of chemical and biological protection. All participation must be preregistered and prepaid. The symposium is not open to the public.

Participation fee (for delegates)
The basic fee for participation is SEK 8200.
Register and pay before April 1, 2010 in order to make use of the early-bird rate SEK 7000.
One-day participation SEK 3500 (for participation only one day, not applicable for two or more single days)
All fees include a Swedish VAT (25%).

What is included in the participation fee (basic and early-bird)?
- Admission to all plenary sessions, lectures, workshops etc
- Admission to the exhibition on chemical and biological defence equipment
- Symposium Proceedings
- Conference bag with contents
- Get-together
- Poster session
- Coffee breaks
What is included in the one-day participation fee?
- Admission to plenary sessions, lectures on one specific day
- Admission to the exhibition of chemical and biological defence equipment
- Symposium Proceedings
- Conference bag with contents
- Get-together (for those who attend on June 8)
- Poster session (for those who attend on June 10)
- Coffee breaks (during one specific day)
What is included in the exhibitor's fee?
- Floor space according to the signed agreement (no dividers included)
- One or three delegate fees, depending on the size of the reserved exhibition space
- One insert in the exhibition catalogue
- Conference bags for the whole crew in each stand (bags without Symposium Proceedings and Abstract book)
- Get-together
- Poster session
- Coffee breaks

Lunches are not included in any participation fee. Kistamässan has a restaurant and a few coffee shops, and a number of lunch restaurants and food courts are found in the vicinity.
